Dante Trobadour. Les Sphères du Paradis.

The Divine Comedy is made up of 14,233 lines grouped into 100 poems. From 1304 to 1319 Dante Alighieri (1265-1321) wrote whilst following an introspective pathway, an initiatory journey looking for the fulfilment of self in the theatre of life.
The ensemble La Camera delle Lacrime use Dante’s material like a score which lacks its musical notation. Taking up in his turn the hypotheses of various researchers, Bruno Bonhoure sings extracts from The Divine Comedy in Italian. With Khai-Dong Luong (artistic conception) and Camille Cobbi (actress).
Coming concert: 28th of May 2019 in Montpellier.
